After settling the details, an advance payment of 60 € should be made. It is a fee for the implementation of projects and the selection of fabrics and accessories, and then it is the first payment for making the costume.
After completing the order, the down payment is deducted from the final cost of the costume.
In special cases, when the performance of the costume requires the purchase of fabrics imported on an individual order or the costume has a large amount of crystals, a payment of 40% of the contract value is required before the contract is processed.

The costumes are made to individual order and to the dimensions specified by the client. The necessary dimensions will be sent in the e-mail, a diagram of how to measure yourself can be obtained here:
After receiving the payment, you will receive 2-3 costume designs with a quote for approval.
After accepting the pattern, it is implemented. The date is agreed individually with the client.
The final balance is due when the tutu is completed and ready to ship.

Shipping and Returns
We ship via a courier company, most often DPD.
The cost of shipping in Poland 5 € (1-2 costumes). For group orders in Poland, shipping is FREE!
The cost of shipping abroad depends on your destination (for example Germany, Czech Republic 20 €).

Due to the fact that the costumes are made to individual order and dimensions of the client, returns are not accepted.
If, however, our fault, the costume does not fit properly, it is possible to send it back for possible corrections.

Can you make a replica of other designers’ costumes?
NO. We will not copy other designers’ work. During the initial consultation, we can get inspired by photos of other costumes sent earlier.

Do we give discounts?
We provide discounts for our regular customers and for group orders.
Do you want to order more costumes for soloists or for a performance? Contact us and we will create beautiful costumes within your budget.

Are there ready-made costumes?
All available costumes that we have for sale are listed on our website in the “shop” tab. The costumes are new. If possible, we can adjust the size to the given dimensions.
